From a Disney resort hotel
Use the full hotel name and address, rather than a general resort-area label. Hotels may have separate entrances, luggage areas and vehicle loading points. Confirm the permitted taxi meeting point with the hotel or dispatch before carrying your bags outside.
If you’re switching hotels, include your party size and make arrangements for luggage that may need extra space. Don’t assume every hotel taxi stand is available to every operator or that a taxi will already be waiting there.
From Magic Kingdom
Disney’s planning guidance points taxi passengers to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) rather than the Magic Kingdom entrance. Confirm the current taxi meeting point with dispatch when you book.

From EPCOT, Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom

From Disney Springs
Confirm the vehicle pickup point before booking a ride from Disney Springs. It is a large destination with multiple access points, so a shop or restaurant name alone may not tell your driver where to meet you.
Share the agreed pickup location, keep your phone available and allow time to walk there with your group.
Universal to Disney: the return journey
Book a taxi from Universal to your exact Disney hotel, park pickup/drop-off area or other destination. From Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure or CityWalk
Universal’s official directions list the taxi and ride-app pickup area for the main resort hub at the North Multistorey Car Park, 6000 Universal Boulevard. Check those directions before you travel, follow the current Ride App signage on the day and confirm the taxi-specific meeting instructions for your booking with dispatch.
Don’t wait at an entrance simply because it looks closest to the park. Loading arrangements may change, and the confirmed pickup point takes priority over an old map or travel article.
From Epic Universe
Epic Universe has its own access arrangements. Universal’s official directions currently list its taxi and ride-app pickup area at 1201 Epic Boulevard, separate from the main resort hub. Select Epic Universe explicitly in your booking.
Follow the current Ride App signage and confirm the precise taxi meeting point with dispatch. We don’t promise front-gate access or a shorter walk than rideshare.
From a Universal hotel
Enter the full hotel name and confirm its designated passenger loading area. This is especially useful when moving between hotels with luggage or when your party is leaving from different buildings.
Tell dispatch about accessibility or luggage requirements in advance rather than waiting until the vehicle arrives.
After fireworks, dinner or park close
Plan your return before the end-of-night crowds leave the parks. Once you book your website quote, the guaranteed fare for that specified trip does not increase simply because the park is closing. A guaranteed fare is not a guaranteed pickup time: your pickup still depends on vehicle availability, access and traffic.
Allow time to collect your group, use the restroom and walk to the meeting point. Keep your phone charged and check your messages. At Magic Kingdom, include the journey back to the TTC in your plans.
A scheduled pickup is not a promise that a vehicle can bypass traffic or park restrictions. If your plans change, contact dispatch rather than assuming the driver can meet you at another entrance.
Groups, luggage and hotel switches
There is no surcharge just for selecting a different vehicle type. Choose the vehicle that fits your party and tell us about suitcases, strollers or other bulky items when arranging the ride.
